About Overdrive Radar
Overdrive Radaris a Ventura County car event calendar. We help drivers find cars & coffee, cruise nights, meetups, and shows in one place—without digging through scattered posts and outdated listings.
Why Overdrive Radar exists
Car culture in Ventura County is spread across Facebook groups, Instagram posts, venue pages, and word of mouth. Dates change, venues move, and good meets are easy to miss.Overdrive Radar exists to make local events easier to discover and easier to verify before you drive out.
Ventura County focus
We focus on Ventura County communities—Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, and nearby meets that regulars actually attend. The goal is depth over breadth: useful local coverage instead of a generic national event feed.
How we collect event data
Listings come from public sources we can reference: organizer pages, venue websites, event platforms, and other community-visible listings. We normalize dates, locations, and links so you can scan an event quickly and jump to the official source.
We don't claim to list every meet in the county. Coverage grows as we find reliable public sources and as the community helps us correct outdated details.
Before you go
Event details change. Organizers move dates, venues update hours, and weather cancels meets. Overdrive Radar shows what we know from public sources—listings are not guarantees.
Verify with the official organizer before you drive out. Use the source link on an event card when one is available. Overdrive Radar makes discovery easier; it does not replace event hosts or their official announcements.
